WORKING PRINCIPLE

Intelligence Corn Mycotoxin Reduction Machine adopts a 2-meter long kneading chamber, combined with diamond screen walls and wear-resistant kneading blocks. When the grains enter the working chamber, the material is high-density kneaded inside the chamber through a flexible kneading block component, which separates various fungal toxins attached to the surface of the grains and in the wheat trough. The separated high toxin powder is discharged outside the machine under negative pressure through an external air network fan, and the discharged grain particles do not cause damage, achieving the goal of low toxin and high bulk density, and improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
