Maize milling machine can produce different kind of maize products, like super maize meal, special maize meal, maize fine flour, maize grits, etc.

1: How about market for maize flour milling equipments ?
In October of 2015,the client from Kenya signed new contract for 50 ton/24h maize mill after checked everything in WinTone factory of China,he checked all of single machines .He did have checked the running maize mill line here and final product quality. That is what needed!
Another client from Zambia ordered one 50 ton/24h maize mill in 2009,six months later,he came to visit WinTone factory again and signed another new contract for same 50t/24h maize mill and 1000 tons silo. 2: How about th maize milling plant quality?

3: How about the maize mill degerminating system ?
Use Japan degerminating system and South African maize experience ,it scrub the bran from the maize kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity,with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragment. To ensure maize meal and maize flour super white!

4: Does the whole system need water ?
Yes, before degerminating and milling the maize, should put the water to the maize, and let the maize sleep in the bin for some time, it will be easily to take the skin and germ out of the maize.

5: Can we put vitamin adding machine for maize flour mill?
Sure! As some local market or government request,we can equip the vitamin adding machine to put some elements inside like vitamin A,B,C,iron etc. That is more satisfactory.
