3. The form of the package
Woven bag : 50 kg/ bag ( bran, embryo and so on)
Weave bag: 25 kg/ bag ( finished product)
Small package: 10 kg/bag, 5 kg/bag, 2.5 kg/bag( finished product).
4. The general plan layoutThe whole Factory 36 meters length, 12 meters wide, 8 meters height.Workshop including maize cleaning part, moisture damper and degerminating part. Maize milling part and packaging part.
5.Dust and noise
1) Dust:
For keeping dust from float in the sky, we adopted the following measure:
a) The work shop close with the office, besides choose the good closeness machine in the work shop, and adopted the absorb dust measure for each set machines, especially adopt the strongly absorbing machine to the cleaning part that easily produce the dust.
b) Adopted second grade dusting system to the wind net system that have density dust, each wind nets that provide with TBLM series cylinder low-pressure impulse dust catcher, can filtrate the very small dust, to guarantee the outdoors exhausting density lower to 150 mg/m3, the dust in the work shop( not include to packing work shop)lower to 10 mg/ m3.
c) To attain the above index, each cubic meter air enter the work shop from the exterior shouldn't over 5 mgs of dust.
d) controlling for the noise:
In order to lower the work shop's noise possibly, we adopted the following measure:
The seller should arrange all layouts of equipments, that to isolate the noise come from the normal operation work area.
Choose most popular, good function, and lower noise machine of China in designing.
Use the shock absorber to reduce to vibrate the noise.
To reduce the air compressor's noise, it is adopted the isolation booth to prevent the noise. To arrange the blower should avoid the main operation floor.
As slip the bear material in the slip cube, the noise will be lower.
As the main controlling room fully separate with the work shop, so the noise will lower than 70 decibels.
As the main controlling room adopt the automatic controlling, so inside the work shop can attain no man operation, only need a little amount of staff members to check the machines operation.
The seller will guarantee to attain 85( db), except the blower, and the milling machine.
6. Staff assignments
According to the conventional business daily processing 50 tons of maize flour mill, the general annual 350 days at full capacity, three shifts of production, need every single day 2 technical staff (including laboratory staff 1), 1 management staff, production staff 3- 5 people.
